3. Return Process

- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided by our support team
- Provide us with the tracking number once shipped
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
5. Return Shipping
For defective or damaged items, ZORO will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking information.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for a different model or color, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
For exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item.
7. Warranty Claims
For warranty-related issues, please refer to our warranty policy. Our 1-year official warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use conditions.
Warranty claims are processed separately from regular returns and may have different procedures and timeframes.
8. Non-Returnable Items
